A American Crafts Damask Love Patterned Paper was die cut twice using a Simon Says Stamp Basic Rectangles Die. Greetings and balloon strings from the Simon Says Stamp Life Is A Party 6x8 Stamp Set were stamped on the patterned paper panels with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
Additional greetings from the Simon Says Stamp Life Is A Party 6x8 Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock with black ink, die cut with Simon Says Stamp Sentiment Labels Dies and adhered to each background with foam adhesive.
Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide Ink was applied to smooth white cardstock and the Ranger Venus Stickles Glitter Glue and Ranger Galaxy Stickles Glitter Glue were applied over the top and allowed to dry (it takes awhile to completely dry if you apply a thick coat like I did here).
Simon Says Stamp Balloons Dies were used to die cut the textured designs and adhered to the cards as shown.
