Today I'm sharing a couple of die cut cards featuring the amazing brand new Cactus Builder Creative Cuts Dies and Blocked Messages Stamp Set and Creative Cuts Dies.

For both cards the background was created by stenciling the Simon Says Stamp Deco Square Stencil with Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Ink in Surf. This created too much white for my taste, so I inked over the entire panel with the same color for a subtle tone-on-tone look.
For the teal cactus planter the Mama Elephant Cactus Builder Creative Cuts Dies elements were die cut from smooth white cardstock and inked with the following Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Inks using both blending brushes and Waffle Flower Crafts Shader Brushes to achieve the great detailing on the planter and cactus:
Cactus: Sprout, Fairway, Field, Peony (flowers)
Planter: Seafoam, Surf, Ocean, Royal, Latte, Mocha
The die cuts were assembled and adhered to the background as shown.
For the royal blue cactus planter the Mama Elephant Cactus Builder Creative Cuts Dies elements were die cut from smooth white cardstock and inked with the following Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Inks using both blending brushes and Waffle Flower Crafts Shader Brushes to achieve the great detailing on the planter and cactus:
Cactus: Spring, Dublin, Lucky, Peony (flowers)
Planter: Marine, Cadette, Royal, Latte, Mocha
The die cuts were assembled and adhered to the background as shown.
Greetings from the Mama Elephant Blocked Messages Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black Ink, die cut with the Mama Elephant Blocked Messages Creative Cuts Dies, and adhered to each planer with foam adhesive.
The cards were finished with heart accents, twine, and/or pearl gems.
