A background was die cut from smooth white cardstock using a Simon Says Stamp Slimline Nested Rectangle.
The background was inked with Distress Oxide Inks in Villainous Potion, Prize Ribbon, and Salvaged Patina. The background was spritzed with water from a Distress Sprayer.
The Waffle Flower Slimline Cloud Stencil was stenciled over the Distress Oxide Ink with Hero Arts Unicorn Ink.
A sentiment from the C3 Star Is Born Stamp Set was stamped on the background with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
An image from the C3 Twinkle Little Star Stamp Set was stamped on Bristol Smooth Cardstock with Lawn Fawn Jellyfish Ink and colored in with the following Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers:
- Mouse: Mid Brown, Beige, Medium Beige, Pale Pink
- Star: Mustard, Pale Yellow
The image was die cut with the C3 Twinkle Little Star Dies. Stars from the stamp set were stamped on Lawn Fawn Pealescent Vellum with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder before being die cut with the coordinating dies. The vellum stars were run through a Xyron Sticker Maker and adhered to the background.
The card was finished with a scattering of stars and hearts embellishments.
