The images were stamped and embossed on dark gray cardstock with white embossing powder before being colored in with Polychromos. Simple stenciling over the panel, heart embellishments, and mixed and matched fonts perfectly finish this card.
There are very limited quantities available and it is ONLY available at Simon Says Stamp this STAMPtember while supplies last. The exclusive collaborations are selling out in record time this year, so act fast if you can.

The flowers/buds were colored with White, Pink Carmine, and Dark Red Polychromos.
The leaves and stems were colored with White, Permanent Green Olive, and Deep Cobalt Green Polychromos.
The Simon Says Stamp Tiny Dots Stencil was stenciled over the background with white pigment ink. It's easy enough to stencil around the colored images rather than over them. I find this technique works best with a stencil that is easy to line up. Stenciling adds a great bit of interest to the background without overwhelming the design.
The panel was adhered to a white slimline card base (3 1/2" x 8 1/2") and finished with a scattering of Trinity Stamps Jelly Drop Hearts.

Today I'm sharing this elegant poinsettia Christmas card featuring watercoloring this Poinsettia Border with The Stamp Market re-inkers. This gorgeous border stamp makes the prettiest florals!

The border was stamped on both long sides of a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" panel of Bristol Smooth Cardstock using Inkon3 Fadeout No Line Coloring Ink. The borders were colored in with The Stamp Market re-inkers in Blush Pink, Cherry Kisses, Leafy, Cactus, and Citrine using a water brush pen. The borders were allowed to completely air dry. You can speed up this process with a heat tool if you're in a hurry. ;)
The solid greenery images and trio of red "berries" were stamped with The Stamp Market Leafy, Cactus, and Cherry Kisses inks to "fill in" all those little nooks and crannies in the border. If you watch my video above you'll know that this is my favorite part of the card design! This is what really brings the whole thing together.
Another sentiment was stamped on The Stamp Market Leafy Cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The border was die cut with a Sentiment Labels Die and adhered to the card with foam adhesive.
