Happy New Year's Eve! Today I'm sharing this trio of detail embossed snowflake background embellished with Distress Crayons. This is my third video featuring the Simon Says Stamp January 2022 Card Kit, Warmest Wishes! I'm using cardstock and the embossing folder from the kit with stamps, dies, and Distress Crayons from my stash.

The Simon Says Stamp Faceted Snowflakes Embossing Folder was used to emboss 4" x 5 1/4" panels of SSS Soft Navy, Doll Pink, and Lavender Cardstock from the Simon Says Stamp January 2022 Card Kit, Warmest Wishes.
A Distress Crayon in Frosted Juniper was used to add detailing to the raised areas on the panel as shown in the video above.
Snowflakes were die cut or embossed/cut from vellum and SSS Matte Silver Cardstock using Simon Says Stamp Filigree Snowflake Emboss and Cut and Simon Says Stamp Snowflake Frame. The snowflakes were adhered or layered and adhered as shown.
A greeting from the Simon Says Stamp All About You Stamps and Dies was stamped on cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder before being die cut with the coordinating die and adhered to the background with foam adhesive.
A Simon Says Stamp Reverse The Best Friends Sentiment Strips was foiled with Prince Periwinkle DecoFoil using the minc, cut into a strip and adhered to the card with foam adhesive.
The design was finished with a scattering of stars, gems, and a heart accent.
