Today I'm back with another birdhouse Christmas card. This time I'm combining the Snowy Birdhouse Embossing Folder and Die with the Friendly Birds Embossing Folder and Die for this sweet scene card! The magic here is coloring over the embossed areas with Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Pencils. The pencils are a fantastic medium to add detail to the textured die cuts and background!

Anita Jeram Cinderella Release Cards + GIVEAWAY (Colorado Craft Company)

For the background, the medium Tim Holtz Moon Masks were used and the background inked with Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Prize Ribbon, and Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide Inks.

The mask was put in place and the background was splattered with white gouache and Lawn Fawn Liquid Stardust.

Images from the Colorado Craft Company Fairy Godmother Stamp Set and Colorado Craft Company Magic Time Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock with black ink and colored in with the following markers:

• Cinderella (princess): E40, E43, E44, E47, R00, B000, B34, B37, YG63, YG67

Greetings were stamped for each card with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.

The images were die cut and adhered to each scene as shown using foam adhesive.

The cards were finished with a scattering of hearts, stars, and shooting stars. Envelopes were stamped to coordinate.

Bee Themed Birthday Cards (Kris Lauren meets Big & Bold Release + GIVEAWAY)

Happy Monday, card makers! The August 2022 Colorado Craft Company Kris Lauren meets Big & Bold Release is now available!

Today I'm sharing a couple of monochromatic bee-themed birthday cards featuring new stamps and dies from the release! Monochromatic is my favorite. Bee-themed products are my favorite. Honey is my favorite. This release is DARLING!

MONOCHROMATIC BEE-THEMED CARDS

Products featured:

• C3 Honey Crock Stamp Set
• C3 Honey Crock Dies

For the backgrounds, the hexagons from the C3 Honey Jar Stamp Set were stamped over a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" smooth white cardstock panel with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Ink. Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Ink was applied over the entire panel and Gathered Twigs was then inked and blended around the edges. Each panel was misted with water in a Mini Mister and then splattered with Lawn Fawn Liquid Stardust and allowed to air dry.

Greetings from the stamp sets were stamped on each card panel with Versafine Onyx Black Ink.

Images from the C3 Honey Crock Stamp Set and C3 Honey Jar Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock with Hero Arts Intens-ified Black Ink and colored in with the following markers:

The images were die cut and adhered to each card as shown.

The designs were finished with a scattering of heart and gold pearls embelishments.
