Welcome to the next collaboration for Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember, Snow Kittens by Mama Elephant!
Throughout STAMPtember we will be celebrating every day posting exclusive collaborations, contests, prizes, special promotions, announcements, and more surprises! Simon’s blog will announce what we have planned every day.
Today I'm sharing a one layer highlight panel card featuring the Snow Kittens STAMPtember exclusive, limited edition stamp set! I love a highlight panel and have created them with multiple sheets of cardstock in the past. This panel is all one layer created with a bit of creative masking! No line coloring, masking, and inking with Hero Arts Reactive Inks give this fun scene a frosty, fun feel!

I stamped the images from the Snow Kittens Stamp Set on Bristol Smooth Cardstock with Inkon3 Fadeout No Line Coloring Ink and masked the images with masking paper.
Post It Tape was used to mask off the mail panel of the design, leaving the top and bottom of the panel white.
Thistle, Grape Slush, and Blue Hawaii Reactive Inks were applied to the masked area with a Honey Bee Stamp Detail Blender Brush.
Water from a Distress Sprayer was spritzed over the panel and then blotted to dry to give the sky a "snowy" feel. Outline snowflakes from the Snow Kittens Stamp Set were stamped with Grape Slush and Blue Hawaii Reactive Inks and then the masks were removed.
The Snow Kittens Stamp Set imagers were colored in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. A greeting from the set was stamped with Thistle and Blue Hawaii Reactive Inks.
The small snowflake from the set was stamped with clear embossing ink around the scene and heat embossed with white embossing powder to finish the card.
