Currently I am doing a Friday morning Lives at 9 am CT. Replays will be on my YouTube Channel.
I have a few requests to edit the Lives. Currently I am not going to edit them. This is for a couple of reasons:
1) Lives are new to me and we are going to stick with this format for a bit. I personally love Lives. I haven't watched an edited Live so I reserve the right to reconsider in the future if I think it's something I can fit in my schedule.
2) I don't want to spend the precious hours I have for creating new content, editing a Live. I will be bringing the exact same amount of traditional content and videos to my channel. Lives/replays are in addition to that content.
If you want to join us for some real-time crafty fun each week I would love to "see" you there. Please make sure to SUBSCRIBE to my YouTube Channel and click the notification bell so that YouTube alerts you when I'm going live. I am trying to reach 100,000 subscribers so if you haven't subscribed yet I would SO appreciate it! I am grateful for my community on all the platforms!
Thanks to everyone who joined me today! I had a blast visiting with everyone. ❤️

If you follow me on Instagram HERE you will know that I am doing a year-long series where I send out ten cards weekly to followers randomly selected from a Google Form my friend Lori Craig set up for me. I came up with this for a couple of reasons:
I have SO. MANY. CARDS. and not enough friends/family to send them to. You all are so kind and supportive of what I do here and on YouTube and I want to give back!
With how hard 2020 was it has reinforced in me that there's nothing like a handmade card in your mailbox to give a little sunshine to others. Not only does it brighten someone else's day, but it brightens MINE to share with you.
If you would like a chance to receive a card, please fill out the form HERE. I can not promise that I will be able to send a card to all of you. The response has exceeded my expectations. I already have over 1700 people signed up. But.... I do make a lot of cards every week so I am going to do my best! 🥰
NOTE One of the questions I receive the most is if I mail cards internationally. Yes I do! It may take a bit to get to you.
NOTEI have a favor to ask. When you're filling out the google doc form please make sure you add your state and/or zip code to your address. There have been several I skipped simply because it's time consuming to look up info and pray it's correct. I don't want you to miss your chance because of missing information. Thank you!
Every week I will do a little weekly recap with the list of cards I'm mailing out. Here are the cards I mailed this week. Please check to see if you are expecting a card.

Very, very rarely do I use a plain, white envelope to mail out my cards and I get a lot of questions regarding the envelopes I use so I made a couple of thumbnail lists for you all. I have an A2 list and also a Slimline/Mini Slimline list below. These are the envelopes I use to mail all the things. ;)

The stitched panel for the front of the box was die cut from smooth white cardstock and stamped with greetings from the Colorado Craft Company Hedgehog Day Stamp Set using Lawn Fawn Peachy Keen and Guava Inks. The panel was secured to the front of the box strip. The box was assembled according to the instructions in the video. I share my best tip for quickly and easily assembling the box and getting the inserts to line up perfectly the first time!
The die cut images were adhered to the pop up box card by gluing directly to the different layers as shown or by adhering them first to acetate "picks" (thin strips of acetate). The benefit of the acetate picks is that you can float images in the box card! I floated a die cut greeting, hearts, and clouds for this sweet scene!

Happy Thursday friends! Today I'm sharing this trio of interactive slider surprise sweetie pie critter cutie cards featuring lots and lots of fun MFT Stamps stamps and dies, my favorite Simon Says Stamp Heart Garland Background, and Simon Says Stamp dye inks. The design was inspired by the brand new Sweet As Pie paper pieced pie. I had hoped it would work scale-wise with the critter cuties and when it did, I was tickled pink! These cards are perfect for Valentine's and beyond. Keep reading for all the details!

The Slider Surprise cover and pull tab were die cut from smooth white cardstock. The panels were inked with the following Simon Says Stamp dye inks and ink blending brushes:
The Slider Surprise is slightly smaller than A2 size. A background for each card was trimmed from smooth white cardstock, measuring 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
Greetings from the MFT Stamps Sweetie Pie and Smitten With You stamp sets was stamped on the background panel as shown.
The Slider Surprise pull tab was adhered to the back of the front panel along the bottom edge only. An interactive word from the Interactive Labels Stamp Set was stamped along the top with Black Ink to let the recipient know the card is interactive!
The Sweet As Pie paper pieced pie was added to the pig with it's arms wrapped around to appear to be holding it. I can't wait to see what other dies I have that can be used with these cute critters!
The pig was paper pieced and adhered only to the bottom half of the sliding mechanism as shown.
The bunny was paper pieced and adhered only to the bottom half of the sliding mechanism as shown.
Glossy Accents was added to the noses and hearts. White pen detail was added to all three critters for a playful touch.
