Happy Saturday, friends! Yesterday I went Live over on YouTube where I shared a couple of circle shaped floral wreath cards featuring the brand new Mama Elephant Cosmos Wreath Stamp Set and the previously released Circle Combo Creative Cuts Dies. I stamped and embossed the images with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The images were colored with embossed resist with Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Inks and the incredible Waffle Flower Shading Brushes in Size 0 and/or Size 1.

Currently I am doing a Friday morning Lives at 9 am CT. Replays will be on my YouTube Channel.
I have a few requests to edit the Lives. Currently I am not going to edit them. This is for a couple of reasons:
1) Lives are new to me and we are going to stick with this format for a bit. I personally love Lives. I haven't watched an edited Live so I reserve the right to reconsider in the future if I think it's something I can fit in my schedule.
2) I don't want to spend the precious hours I have for creating new content, editing a Live. I will be bringing the exact same amount of traditional content and videos to my channel. Lives/replays are in addition to that content.
If you want to join us for some real-time crafty fun each week I would love to "see" you there. Please make sure to SUBSCRIBE to my YouTube Channel and click the notification bell so that YouTube alerts you when I'm going live. I am trying to reach 100,000 subscribers so if you haven't subscribed yet I would SO appreciate it! I am grateful for my community on all the platforms!
Thanks to everyone who joined me today! I had a blast visiting with everyone. ❤️

For the 5x7 card I trimmed a piece of piece of SSS Sea Glass Cardstock to 10" x 7". I scored this panel in half and used the largest Spellbinders Butterfly Card Creator Etched Dies to die cut the card base (making sure the tips of the wings hung off the tops.
Another large butterfly was die cut from SSS Sea Glass Cardstock and stenciled with the Simon Says Stamp Peonies and Leaves Stencil using Pawsitively Saturated Inks in Marine, Cadette, Royal, Fairway, and Field.
The next size butterfly was die cut from vellum and adhered in the center for the soft layering panel. The butterfly body was die cut from SSS Slate Cardstock and adhered to the butterfly center.
Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Inks were used to add detail to the pieces. The flowers were assembled and adhered to the butterfly base as shown.
A greeting from the Spellbinders Butterfly Sentiments Stamp Set was stamped on the vellum layer as shown with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
A vellum layer was die cut and layered over the top.
Flowers from the set were die cut from Hero Arts Peony and Lawn Fawn Cilantro Cardstock, inked with Pawsitively Saturated Inks and adhered to the card as shown.
A greeting from the Spellbinders Butterfly Sentiments Stamp Set was stamped on white cardstock with Pawsitively Saturated Ink in Pucker. The greeting was die cut with a Sentiments Label die and adhered to the card with foam adhesive.

Hello friends! Welcome to my Simon Says Stamp Making The Cut Series for May 2021! This month I am sharing this set of five rainbow cards. The Rainbow Card Die Set not only makes daring rainbow shaped cards but the dies can be used on other cards as well. Because I cut the die from five different sheet of patterned paper and I didn't want any waste I decided to make five cards. Let's get started!

Lawn Fawn dye inks were ink blended over the t-shirt shape (color combinations are listed below next to each individual photo). The striped image from the Simon Says Stamp Botanical Heart Stamp Set was stamped on the bottom of each t-shirt with Lawn Fawn Dye Inks.
The masks were removed so each image could be colored. I like to save the coloring until any ink blending or background stamping is done in case I mess up. That way I haven't wasted any coloring!
The t-shirt panels were adhered to each shaped card base and the noses of the critters were embellished with Glossy Accents.

The background was die cut with the Write On clipboard card base. This won't cut the top of the panel since it's made to cut a clipboard shaped card. I used a paper trimmer to cut the top of the shape. A white top fold card base was die cut with the Write On clipboard card die to create the shaped card. The foiled panel was adhered to the card base.
The clip from the Write On die set was die cut from Gold Mirror Cardstock, assembled, and adhered to the top of the clipboard card.
To give the tips of the paintbrushes "paint" I die cut the paint brush tips twice. Once from FSJ River Stone Cardstock and once from a bright color. The bright color was hand cut with scissors and adhered to the brush tip.
Nuvo Crystal Drops in White Blizzard were applied to the paint tubes. Glossy Accents was applied to the paint brush tips and paint palette.

Happy new Simon Says Stamp Release Day, friends! The Let's Connect Release is live and now available. It's so, so good! Some of my favorites from the new release? The Rainbow Card (see below), the Stencil Layering Rainbow, Let's Connect Stamps and Dies, and Let's Connect Word Dies. I created this clean and simple set of rainbow shaped cards (I always love a good shaped card, don't you?) and added stamped greetings from the Hello Sunshine Stamp Set. I created this set of cards so I had as little waste as possible from all this die cutting! Let's get started making bright and happy cards!

Sentiments from the Hello Sunshine Stamp Set were stamped on the sunshine and on a cloud with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
Each rainbow was assembled on a card base as shown. I recommend adhering one of the clouds first, then the rainbow rays, and finally the other cloud if inlaying all the components. If adhering the clouds with foam adhesive like I did, I used the clouds as a guide, adhered the rainbow rays, assembled and adhered the sunshine, and finally adhering the clouds with foam adhesive for a bit of depth and dimension!
The Mini Hearts were adhered to the open space on each card as shown.
Funfetti Hearts were added to each card to finish the designs.

Both card bases were created exactly the same. Each card requires a Letterboard Combo Creative Cuts Dies front and back, a frame, a contrasting insert, and a connector. Be sure to watch the video to see how easy these are to put together.

The images were die cut with the coordinating My Pet Kitties Creative Cuts and adhered along the bottom edge of the letter board.

Hello friends! I'm always a fan of shaped gift card holder cards and coffee shaped gift card holder cards are even better! I paired these Waffle Flower Coffee Cup Dies with the Coffee Cup Sentiments Stamp Set with the new patterned papers from Waffle Flower for these bright and happy gift card holders! These fun designs are quick and easy to put together and the gorgeous patterned paper colors make the creation of these cards even easier! Let's get started!

How beautiful are these patterns? The addition of patterned paper make the assembly so easy. No extra background stamping. Yay! I used the Waffle Flower Half Half Lines Botanical and Half Half Lines Enchanted paper pads for my cards.
The label image from the Coffee Cup Sentiments Stamp Set for the front of each coffee cup was stamped on smooth white cardstock with black dye ink. The image was die cut with the coordinating Waffle Flower Coffee Cup Die and adhered over the rainbow strips as shown. A red die cut heart was adhered to the center of each label.
The back of each coffee cup was stamped with text from the Coffee Cup Sentiments Stamp Set and a check mark! I love how every aspect of this shaped card has a fun, decorative touch!
The lid was die cut twice from black cardstock using the Waffle Flower Coffee Cup Dies and stamped with a greeting from the Coffee Cup Sentiments Stamp Set using clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. This sentiment tells the recipient that there's a little something inside!
The gift card insert was die cut from solid Waffle Flower Half Half Lines Botanical paper and the "lids" adhered to both the front and back of the design. Additional sentiments from the Coffee Cup Sentiments Stamp Set were stamped the insert.
To finish the design, Glossy Accents was applied to the die cut heart on each card.

The stitched heart from the Stitched Gift Card Pocket was die cut into the back of each card because I love the look of finishing a cutie like this with a fun little heart! Heart accents were die cut from shimmer cardstock using a Say What Gift Tags Die.
